Two small boxes sit under your email at checkout. Here is exactly what each one does, and how to change your mind whenever you like.
Create my free Ettee account
When you check out without signing in, this box is already ticked for you. Leave it ticked, and your Ettee account is ready once your order goes through.
- Track your order and see every past order in one place.
- Check out faster next time — your name and address are saved for you.
- Your sign-in details arrive by email right after you order. You can choose your own password anytime in My Account.
- Forgot your password? Choose Forgot your password? when you sign in, and we’ll email you a 6-digit code to set a new one.
Rather not have an account?
Just untick the box. You can still check out as a guest, and we’ll send your order updates by email as usual. If you already have an Ettee account with the same email, your order is added to it, so everything stays in one place.
Email me gift ideas, offers & cart reminders
Leave it ticked, and we’ll send you gift ideas and offers now and then, plus a friendly reminder if you leave something in your cart. Every one of these emails has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- The box starts ticked. Untick it anytime, and we won’t send these emails.
- Shopping from the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or the UAE? The box unticks itself when you choose your country, and we only send these emails if you tick it.
- If you’ve unsubscribed before, we never sign you up again unless you tick the box yourself.

Where the law asks for your permission first, we only send cart reminders if you ticked the box.
Changing your mind
- Unsubscribe in one click from the link at the bottom of any marketing email. No sign-in needed.
- You’ll still get emails about orders you place, because you need those.
- Want back in? Choose Add me back on the unsubscribe page, or sign up at the bottom of any page.
- We keep a simple record of your choice — the date and the words you agreed to — so we always respect it. Ask us for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected].
