Privacy Policy
We keep this short and honest. We collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and nothing we do not need.
We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
What we collect

What we never see
Your full card number never touches our servers. Payments are handled directly by our payment providers, and we only ever see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
Who else sees your information
- The seller who makes your item — gets your name, shipping address, and the personalization details. They cannot see your payment information.
- Shipping carriers — get your name and address so they can deliver.
- Payment providers — handle the payment itself under their own privacy terms.
- Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, or trade your details.
Photos and personalization you send us
A photo you upload is used for one thing: making your piece. We do not use it in advertising, we do not publish it, and we do not give it to anyone other than the maker working on your order.
Uploaded files are removed from active storage once your order is complete and the return window has closed. If you want a photo deleted sooner, just ask.
Cookies
- Necessary — keep you signed in and keep your cart from emptying itself. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Preferences — remember things like your country and recently viewed items.
- Measurement — tell us which pages are slow or broken, in aggregate.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking the necessary ones will stop sign-in and checkout from working.
Your rights
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your account and personal data
- Stop sending you marketing email — every one has an unsubscribe link
Reply to any order email, or write to support@ettee.com. We answer within 1 business day.
Some records must be kept longer for tax and accounting reasons even after an account is deleted — that is a legal requirement, not a choice.
Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you — we will not sit on it.
Children
This shop is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything that matters, we update the date at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the shop after a change means you accept the updated policy.
