Privacy Policy
We keep this short and honest. We collect what we need to fill and deliver your order, plus some data about how you use the site, which we use to improve it and to measure and show our ads.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers. Google, Klaviyo, and the social networks we advertise on — Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit, and Quora — receive some data from this site to measure and show our ads and to send our emails — see Advertising and cookies.
What we collect

What we never see
Your full card number never touches our servers. Payments are handled directly by our payment providers, and we only ever see the last four digits and whether the payment succeeded.
Who else sees your information
- The shop that fills your order — gets your name, shipping address, and the personalization details. It cannot see your payment information.
- Shipping carriers — get your name and address so they can deliver.
- Payment providers — handle the payment itself under their own privacy terms.
- Service providers — companies that run parts of the site for us, such as hosting and protecting the site, delivering email, and running our email newsletter.
- Analytics and advertising partners — Google, Klaviyo, and the social networks we advertise on receive data about how you use the site, and Klaviyo also receives the details of your orders. See Advertising and cookies for what each one receives.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your details to data brokers.
Photos and personalization you send us
A photo you upload is used for one thing: personalizing your piece. We do not use it in advertising, we do not publish it, and we do not give it to anyone other than the shop that fills your order.
Uploaded files are removed from active storage once your order is complete and the return window has closed. If you want a photo deleted sooner, just ask.
Advertising and cookies
We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, to see how it is used, and to measure and show our ads.
- Necessary — keep you signed in and keep your cart from emptying itself. These cannot be turned off without breaking the site.
- Preferences — remember things like your country and recently viewed items.
- Measurement — show us how people find and use the site: which pages they view, which pages are slow or broken, and which items are added to carts and bought.
- Advertising — tell us which of our ads lead to visits and orders, and let us show our ads to people who have visited the site.
Who receives this data
- Google Analytics receives the pages you view, your device and browser, your IP address, how you reached the site, a cookie ID, the items you view, add to your cart, and buy, and an internal account number (not your name or email address) if you are signed in. We use it to understand how the site is used.
- Google Ads receives the pages you view, your device and browser, your IP address, a cookie ID, the ad you clicked to reach us, and the items you view, add to your cart, and buy. When you sign in or check out, it also receives your email address, phone number, and name in hashed (scrambled) form, plus your street address, city, state, ZIP code, and country. We use it to measure which ads lead to orders and to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- Klaviyo, our email marketing service, receives the products you view, the items in your cart when you start checkout, your device and browser, your IP address, a cookie ID, and your email address when you sign in, enter it at checkout, or sign up for our emails. When you place an order, it also receives the order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the items you bought. We use it for our email newsletter and other marketing emails.
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit, and Quora, the social networks we advertise on, receive the pages you view, your device and browser, your IP address, a cookie ID, and the items you view, add to your cart, and buy. Your choices
- In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland — we show a cookie banner. Analytics and advertising cookies, including Google’s and the social networks’, stay off unless you choose Accept all, and Reject all keeps them off. We remember your choice for 12 months; to change it, clear this site’s cookies and the banner will appear again.
- Everywhere else, including the United States — these tools are on when you visit. You can limit them with the options below.
- Google — turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, and stop Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Social networks — Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, X, Reddit, and Quora each let you turn off personalized ads in your account’s ad settings.
- Interest-based ads from many companies — use the opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. Blocking the necessary ones will stop sign-in and checkout from working.
Your rights
Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your account and personal data
- Stop sending you marketing email — every one has an unsubscribe link

Write to [email protected], or reply to any order email. We reply within 1 business day and resolve most issues within 3 business days.
Some records must be kept longer for tax and accounting reasons even after an account is deleted — that is a legal requirement, not a choice.
Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. Access to customer data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you — we will not sit on it.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything that matters, we update the date at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
