Seller Community
You are not the only one working late on a Sunday. Everyone selling here makes things by hand. That shared problem — how to price a week of work, how to ship something fragile — is what the community is for.
Who is here
11 shops are trading on Ettee today — crochet, hand embroidery, hand-finished ceramics, hand-printed textiles. You can read their stories and visit any shop page directly.
How we keep in touch
- The seller letter. One email a month: what sold, what shoppers searched for and did not find, what is changing on the site. No filler.
- Season briefings. Before each holiday run we send the cut-off dates, the categories shoppers are searching, and how much lead time to plan for.
- Direct line. Write to support@ettee.com and a person answers. There is no ticket maze.
Three house rules
- 1Make it yourselfHandmade, hand-finished, or your own design. Reselling factory stock gets a shop removed — it is the one rule we enforce without discussion.
- 2Say what you meanHonest making times, honest materials, honest photos. Every overstated promise costs the next maker a sale too.
- 3Help the newer shopAnswer the question you wished someone had answered for you. That is the whole culture here.
What we ask you to share
When something works for you — a photo style, a packing trick, a way of wording a listing — tell us. We put it in the Seller Handbook with your shop credited, so the next person does not have to learn it the hard way.
