Shipping & Delivery
Everything on Ettee is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be picked off a shelf. When you place an order, a real maker starts on your piece — adding the name, the date, the message you asked for.
That is why your order does not ship the same day, and why a tracking number does not appear right away. This page explains exactly what happens, and when.
How your order moves
Ordered several things at once?
Then your items will most likely arrive on different days, and that is completely normal. A simple piece may be ready in a couple of days, while something hand-finished or engraved takes longer. Items may also come from different makers, each sending their own parcel.
- Each item shows its own stage and its own expected ship date in your account.
- Each item gets its own tracking number when it ships.
- An item with no tracking yet is simply still being made — it is not lost or forgotten.
- You are never charged extra when one order arrives in more than one parcel.
What shipping costs
You choose the speed at checkout, and every option stays open — nothing is locked, and nothing is picked for you. One order travels as one parcel, so you pay one shipping charge plus a small amount for each item inside it.
| Shipping method | One item | Each extra item | Free once your items reach |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $6.99 | +$3 | $99 or more |
| Express | $11.99 | +$4 | $199 or more |
| Priority | $19.99 | +$5 | $299 or more |
Four items on Standard shipping, for example, come to $15.99 to send — one charge for the parcel, not four separate ones. These prices are the same wherever we ship.
The free-shipping amount looks at the price of your items only. Shipping and tax are not counted toward it, and a discount code lowers the amount that counts. You never lose the cheaper options once you cross a line — all three speeds stay available, whatever your total.
Delivery times
These are the same figures you see beside each shipping method at checkout, and they already include the 2–3 business days a maker needs before the parcel leaves.
| Shipping method | United States | Everywhere else |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | 10–14 business days | 12–18 business days |
| Express | 7–9 business days | 10–14 business days |
| Priority | 5–7 business days | 7–10 business days |
Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays. These are working estimates, not guarantees — customs checks, weather, and carrier backlogs can add time once a parcel leaves the maker.
Tracking your order
Why there is no tracking number yet
A tracking number is created by the carrier when the parcel is handed over — not when you place the order. While your item is still being made, no parcel exists, so there is nothing to track. For most orders the number appears 3–7 days after you order.
The moment an item ships, a Track package button appears next to that item in your account, and we email you the number.
Tracking has not moved in days
Usually nothing is wrong. Carriers scan a parcel at pickup and then often not again until it reaches a sorting hub, which can take several days — longer on international routes. If there is no movement for a full week, message the seller and we will open a trace with the carrier.
If your order is taking too long
We would much rather you talk to us than sit and worry. Here is the order we suggest, and each step usually settles it.
- Check the item in your account. Every item shows its own stage and its own expected ship date. If it still says in production, it is on track.
- Message the seller. Every shop page and every order has a Contact button. Sellers answer there, and the conversation is saved so nothing gets lost.
- Still nothing after 14 business days? Reply to your order confirmation email. We step in, chase the maker for you, and if the item genuinely cannot be made or delivered, we refund you in full.
You are covered either way
Every order here comes with Ettee Purchase Protection: a full refund if your item never arrives, arrives damaged, or is not what was described.
Please talk to us before opening a payment dispute
Opening a dispute with your bank or card provider freezes the order on both sides — it actually stops us from refunding you directly, and it usually takes far longer than simply asking. We have never refused a refund for an item that could not be delivered. Message the seller, or reply to your confirmation email, and we will sort it out.
Changing or cancelling an order
Because every piece is personalized, there is a short window before work begins:
- Within 48 hours of payment — message the seller. Spelling fixes, a different name or date, a new size, color or style, a changed photo, or a full cancellation are usually no problem.
- Once production has started — a personalized piece cannot be sold to anyone else, so changes and cancellations are at the seller’s discretion.
- If an item arrives damaged or wrong — send the seller a photo. Damaged and incorrect items are always put right.

Common questions
My order says Processing. Has anything actually happened?
Yes. Processing means your payment cleared and the maker has your details. It is the stage where your piece is being made. It changes to Shipped the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier.
One item arrived but the rest has not. Where is it?
Items in the same order are often made at different speeds and shipped separately. Open the order in your account — each item shows its own stage, its own expected ship date, and its own tracking, so you can see exactly which one is still on the way.
Can I get it faster?
Express and Priority shorten the journey, not the making. A maker still needs 2–3 business days whichever speed you choose. If the date is tight, check the shipping deadlines page before you order — it lists the last safe day to order for each holiday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Standard delivery outside the United States takes 12–18 business days, making included, and faster options are offered at checkout. Any customs duties are set by your own country and are not collected by us.
Can I change the design after ordering?
Within 48 hours of payment, yes — message the seller with what you want changed. After production starts, the maker has already committed materials to your piece, so changes are at their discretion.
