Each candle is poured in small batches and checked by hand before shipping. Slight changes in wax texture or color may occur naturally and do not affect performance.

- Standard U.S. shipping: 4-7 business days, free over $55.
- Priority U.S. shipping: 2-3 business days, $10.95.
- International shipping: 10-18 business days, calculated by destination.
