Items without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind (email us first with your order number, then mail it to the US return address on our Returns & Refunds page; you pay return postage). Personalized items with names, dates, messages, or photos cannot be returned for a change of mind. If we make an error or the item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo for a free replacement or a full refund.

In the EU and the UK, you can cancel items without personalization until 14 days after delivery, even once production has started: withdraw from your order here.
