Birthday, graduation, retirement, farewell, Christmas, appreciation, new-job, and encouragement designs let one physical form serve many recipients without losing its handmade identity.

Each listing states the exact crochet item, card or tag, materials, size, and available occasion wording. Display props are not included unless listed. Finished pieces may show slight stitch, color, and shape variation. Buyer-provided names or dates are copied as approved. We do not reproduce another maker’s protected character or artwork.

Every occasion design, including custom wording and colors, ships within 1–3 business days of payment. For larger quantities, message us before you order so we can confirm timing. Carrier transit begins after making and packaging. Have a fixed date in mind? Contact us before ordering for Christmas exchanges, graduations, retirement parties, or farewell events.

Items without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind (email us first with your order number, then mail it to the US return address on our Returns & Refunds page; you pay return postage). Personalized items with names, dates, messages, or photos cannot be returned for a change of mind. Wording that does not match what you submitted, a defective piece, or shipping damage qualifies for a free replacement or a full refund when reported within 30 days of delivery with a photo.

Cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, we still cancel for a full refund if production has not started, or if we cannot ship within the making time shown on the listing. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled (unless it cannot ship within the making time shown); items without personalization can still be returned within 30 days of delivery. In the EU and the UK, you can cancel items without personalization until 14 days after delivery, even once production has started: withdraw from your order here.
