Moments Made Personal creates personalized keepsakes for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, new babies, new homes, retirement, memorials, Christmas, and family milestones. Names, dates, photographs, and custom messages can be applied to ornaments, mugs, tumblers, blankets, plaques, canvas, and other products suited to the moment.

Please keep the date that appears on the gift separate from the date you need it by. Names, years, titles, and messages are produced from submitted or approved details. Product pages list the physical item, material, dimensions, and customization limits. Customer photos and quotations must be authorized. Work on your order starts as soon as it is paid, so check every name and date before you pay.

Milestone products ship within 1–3 business days of payment; if an order can’t ship on time, we email you a new date and you can cancel for a full refund. The delivery dates shown at checkout already include these 1–3 business days; express shipping shortens the time in transit, not the time before your order ships. Ask before ordering for a ceremony, trip, or fixed event and include the destination ZIP code.

Checkout securely presents supported payment choices, product options, shipping, and applicable tax. Payment confirms the order, and work begins once every name and date is complete. Additional approved design scope is handled through the store, never by exchanging card data.

Items without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind (email us first with your order number, then mail it to the US return address on our Returns & Refunds page; you pay return postage). Personalized items with names, dates, messages, or photos cannot be returned for a change of mind. Defects, transit damage, or an item that does not match your order are covered with a free replacement or a full refund when reported within 30 days of delivery with a photo.

Cancellations
Cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, we still cancel for a full refund if production has not started, or if we cannot ship within the making time shown on the listing. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled (unless it cannot ship within the making time shown); items without personalization can still be returned within 30 days of delivery. In the EU and the UK, you can cancel items without personalization until 14 days after delivery, even once production has started: withdraw from your order here.

Milestone details can reveal ages, schools, relationships, travel, or family events. Provide only what the design requires. We use the information for customization, checkout, support, security, production, and delivery, share it only with essential providers, and never sell or publicly display it without consent.
