One More Stitch Crochet makes positive pocket pals and desk companions shaped as turtles, dinosaurs, bears, pickles, bees, and other friendly characters. Each figure carries a short message for students, kids, friends, coworkers, teammates, teachers, and anyone who needs encouragement, congratulations, stress relief, or a reason to smile.

Listings describe the finished crochet character, attached or separate message, approximate dimensions, and whether small parts are present. Decorative desk figures are not automatically children’s toys; follow the age and safety notice on the product page. Colors, facial placement, and stitch tension vary slightly. Personalized text must be checked before ordering.

Every pocket pal ships within 1–3 business days of payment, including character, color, and message changes. Delivery estimates follow processing and depend on the carrier. Order early for finals week, graduation, a farewell party, or a team event. We cannot reroute a package after the carrier accepts it.

Checkout lists the payment methods currently supported and displays the full U.S.-dollar total. Paid orders enter the making queue after all required options are complete. For team quantities, ask for availability before paying so we can confirm materials and timing.

Items without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind (email us first with your order number, then mail it to the US return address on our Returns & Refunds page; you pay return postage). Personalized items with names, dates, messages, or photos cannot be returned for a change of mind. Product defects, an incorrect character, or transit damage remain our responsibility; report those issues within 30 days of delivery with a photo for a free replacement or a full refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, we still cancel for a full refund if production has not started, or if we cannot ship within the making time shown on the listing. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled (unless it cannot ship within the making time shown); items without personalization can still be returned within 30 days of delivery. In the EU and the UK, you can cancel items without personalization until 14 days after delivery, even once production has started: withdraw from your order here.

We collect only the details required to create, pay for, support, and deliver the order. Student names, personal encouragement, and recipient addresses are treated as private order information. They are shared only with necessary platform and delivery services and are never sold.
