Walls With Stories Prints

Items without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind (email us first with your order number, then mail it to the US return address on our Returns & Refunds page; you pay return postage). Personalized items with names, dates, messages, or photos cannot be returned for a change of mind. If your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the approved order, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo for a free replacement or a full refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, we still cancel for a full refund if production has not started, or if we cannot ship within the making time shown on the listing. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled (unless it cannot ship within the making time shown); items without personalization can still be returned within 30 days of delivery. In the EU and the UK, you can cancel items without personalization until 14 days after delivery, even once production has started: withdraw from your order here.

Personal photos, memorial images, names, addresses, and family details are used only to prepare, produce, support, and deliver the order. Our team and the store, payment, and delivery services we rely on receive only the details they need. We do not sell customer information or place submitted photos in galleries or advertisements without explicit consent.

Walls With Stories is a personalized shop for home décor and keepsakes, not a paper-print shop. Your story comes first; blankets, pillows, plaques, canvas, ornaments, and mugs are the surfaces, each chosen for how that story will be seen or used. Family, couple, pet, travel, and remembrance gifts are all made the same way.
