Your Story Custom Gifts turns names, personal photos, illustrated people, pets, dates, and meaningful places into made-to-order gifts. Mugs, blankets, ornaments, acrylic plaques, canvas, pillows, apparel, and keepsakes can celebrate couples, families, best friends, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and pet families in their own visual style.

Buyers must review every submitted name, date, photo, appearance option, and relationship label. Available skin tones, hairstyles, body styles, pet breeds, and layouts depend on the listing and are illustrative rather than exact portraits. Customer images must be authorized. Work starts as soon as your order is paid, so the details you submit at checkout are the complete design. We do not copy protected artwork from another seller.

Personalized orders ship within 1–3 business days of payment. Products may ship separately by format. The delivery dates shown at checkout already include these 1–3 business days and cannot guarantee anniversaries, birthdays, or holidays. Provide a scheduling buffer and a verified recipient address.

Secure checkout displays valid methods and the complete order total. Added subjects, custom illustration work, or premium product options may change price when clearly stated. Payment and usable personalization are both required before work starts. Do not send financial credentials through messages.

Items without personalization can be returned unused within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind (email us first with your order number, then mail it to the US return address on our Returns & Refunds page; you pay return postage). Personalized items with names, dates, messages, or photos cannot be returned for a change of mind. If the personalization does not match what you submitted, the item has a defect, or it arrives damaged, report it within 30 days of delivery with a photo for a free replacement or a full refund.

Cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. After that, we still cancel for a full refund if production has not started, or if we cannot ship within the making time shown on the listing. Once production has started, the order can no longer be canceled (unless it cannot ship within the making time shown); items without personalization can still be returned within 30 days of delivery. In the EU and the UK, you can cancel items without personalization until 14 days after delivery, even once production has started: withdraw from your order here.

Photos and the family, pet, and relationship details you share stay private. We use them only for design, payment, support, fraud prevention, making your gift, and delivery. Approved vendors receive limited necessary information. We never sell the data or publish a personalized result without explicit permission.
